Description

The Evidencia Belverde is a new four star hotel (opened 2013) situated to the south of Lisbon and just a 10 minute drive (4.8km) from the excellent 36 hole Aroeira Golf Club. 

The design is a clever mix of modern features and wood that blend in well with the local woodland landscape. The owners are keen to make their new property an attractive venue for golfers and with so many good courses in the area, including the superb Quinta do Peru, just 25 minutes away, the hotel is a welcome addition to this region of Lisbon.

The hotel has 71 rooms, a Spa with indoor pool & Turkish bath, and an excellent bar and restaurant.

AM’s Opinion

We love this part of Portugal and having hosted Pro-Am’s at Aroeira and Quinta do Peru for many years we know just how good the golf is. This area has been crying out for a good quality hotel and now has it and within an easy drive of the excellent Aroeria Golf Club. You won't find lively night life here, however if you want to play great courses in a beautiful and peaceful location then it’s perfect - it also offers tremendous value.

The Evidencia Belverde is located 30 km south of Lisbon Airport, a journey time of approximately 30 mins (outside of the rush hour).
