The 5* Westin Costa Navarino hotel is relocated in the pretty region of Messinia, about 3 hours to the south west of Athens and an hour from Kalamata airport.

Named “European Golf Resort of the Year 2017” by IAGTO, the resort has two excellent golf courses. The Dunes course, which is adjacent to the hotel, was designed by two times Master’s winner Bernhard Langer. The Bay course is a 15 minute transfer from the resort and was designed by Robert Trent Jones Junior. Both courses are set in beautiful surrounds, the Dunes provide both river and sea views, whereas the Bay has mountain and sea view holes.

AM’s Opinion

Costa Navarino is the most impressive resort we have experienced in Europe. Every aspects of the resort has been cleverly designed and when we visited the service was excellent. The two golf courses are superb, it’s not easy to pick a favourite, the Dunes is possibly the more difficult and the Bay has best views. No matter what standard you play to we are sure you will enjoy both.
