The hotel is surrounded by its own 27 hole La Quinta course, designed by former Ryder Cup player Manuel Pinero, with a backdrop of the stunning Sierra Blanca mountains and distant views of the Mediterranean.

The hotel was totally renovated in 2016 and the 170 spacious rooms (minimum 40 sqm) all have the unique Westin Heavenly beds, either King size or two Queen size. The resort boasts some impressive facilities which includes the stylish Spa & Wellness centre with an inviting Andalusian design (charge for entry).

The pool and terrace area are a great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. The La Quinta course has a separate clubhouse situated next door to the hotel.

AM's Opinion

The Westin La Quinta is a lovely hotel with stylish rooms and the added benefit of its own 27 hole course on site, where hotel guests receive preferential rates and priority starting times. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet residential area, but with Puerto Banus and Marbella only a 10 and 15 minute drive away it's a great location for a golf holiday.
